Installation Notes:
MozFBRH was designed and tested along with Digger extension and Piro's TabBrowser Extensions.
As of when it was tested it did not conflict with either, despite dealing with some of the same buttons as
these two extensions.
If you use MozFBRH with TabBrowser Extensions and get strange behavior or multiple tabs
opening where there should only be one,
try unchecking "Middle click or control click of a history" in TBE's options under "Advanced."
